Only part of the order shipped
I paid on April 10. Kazumi’s June 29 shipment notice listed the brewer and beaker—but not the Toki.

At day 80, Kazumi sent a shipment notice for only part of my order. At day 114, the $199.99 Toki still had not shipped. The lower flask cracked during use four. Kazumi’s current Terms say it keeps 55% when a customer cancels after the first day—even if the order is delayed.
My view: that combination makes Kazumi a brand I would not trust with another order.

These are individual posts, not facts I independently verified. I include them because they describe the same delay and cancellation themes I encountered. See the dated review summary.
My opinion, plainly
The wait was excessive to me. A lower flask cracking during the fourth use was unacceptable. And I consider a policy that retains 55% after a delayed order far too restrictive.
The “custom-made” justification
Kazumi’s current Terms use custom production to justify keeping 55%. But its listings show fixed products and limited standard choices, while a saved email refers to production batches and the Toki page describes incoming preorder units.
I cannot verify how the products are manufactured. In my opinion, Kazumi has not publicly explained what is customized for each buyer or what customer-specific work supports the fee.
