How long did my Kazumi Coffee order take?
The partial shipment was announced about 80 days after payment. The Toki remained unshipped and undelivered at the 114-day snapshot.
The direct answer
My order was placed on April 10, 2026. A partial shipment containing the siphon set and beaker was announced on June 29, approximately 80 days later. The notice did not list the Toki stove. As of August 2, 2026, the Toki still had not shipped and had not arrived—114 days after payment.
The records published here do not show the exact delivery date of that partial shipment, so I do not state one.
What was communicated during my order
In my June 19 message, I referred to an original website estimate of 25–30 days. Kazumi later acknowledged that its early-July estimate was later than the estimate I had seen.
On June 22, Kazumi said tracking for the complete order was then expected around late July and that the stove was affecting the timing. On June 23, it said the coffee maker was expected to be ready in early July. I accepted the offer to split the shipment.
What the current website says
- The Siphon Coffee Maker Set page says orders may take 25–35 days to produce.
- The Terms estimate production and delivery at approximately 25–50 days.
The product page and terms are not necessarily describing exactly the same stage: one says “produce,” while the other says “production and delivery.”
Questions to ask before ordering
- Does the estimate cover production, shipment, or delivery?
- Will bundled items follow the same timeline?
- What refund applies if the estimate is missed?

Third-party context
My partial shipment took longer than the estimate I understood at purchase. Third-party posts also describe long waits.
